Free Spirit B Jewelry's main concern is customer satisfaction. With that said, EXCHANGES are accepted for all custom-made orders.

An exchange on the original item is accepted if a custom made order isn't right due to sizing issues. In order to ensure that all free spirits fall in love with their pieces, a one time exchange will be accepted free of charge in order to get the sizing correct if your item does not fit properly. 

In order to process this exchange, please contact [email protected] with a detailed description of your order discrepancy so that it can be corrected as soon as possible.

Due to the time and limited availability of all other orders, returns are not accepted.

Exchange return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
